Dr Bolling is the absolute BEST. His nurse/wife Jen is also amazing

I knew I was in need of a refresh and I knew exactly who I wanted to do it. I was so happy when I heard Dr. Bolling was working at Southeastern Plastic Surgery. The staff were great and so friendly. Thank you Dr. Bolling, Jen Bolling, Gena Price and Chasity Williams for taking great care of me. My procedure was done at Russellville Hospital where the staff were great and so friendly. The hospital was so clean. I was given excellent care. My overall experience was definitely a five star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr.Bolling brought my dreams to reality with bilateral breast augmentation! I could have never pictured such perfect results! The whole process was easy starting with my consult and ending with a post op follow up . I had no doubt my results would be perfect ! I have seen so many women walking around more confident after having surgery performed by Dr.Bolling. I give Russellville Hospital a 10/10 for their services . I was greeted with smiling faces , laughter , and a calm environment which helped calm my nerves . Jeff was my anesthesiologist and he honored everything I asked for and took great care of me . I could not even tell I had been intubated. I woke straight up from surgery and was able to go home . I felt great ! Six short days and I was back at work ! Consultation & Pre-Operative Care From her very first meeting with Dr. Bolling, it was clear she was working with a surgeon who is both exceptionally skilled and genuinely caring. He took the time to examine her facial structure, explain every aspect of the surgery, and answer all of her questions without ever making me feel rushed. She was impressed and appreciated his honesty—he was realistic about the healing timeline and the results she could expect. His staff is equally impressive. They were organized, warm, and responsive from day one. Every pre-op instruction was communicated clearly and thoroughly, which made the process smooth and reduced so much anxiety. Day of Surgery On surgery day, Dr. Bolling reviewed everything again with us, carefully marked the areas, and made sure she was completely comfortable. The entire team—nurses, surgical staff, and anesthesia—treated both of us with kindness and professionalism. We felt safe, informed, and confident going into the procedure. Surgical Results & Healing My procedure included: • Brow lift • Lower eyelid lift • Muscle/tissue tightening Even in the first week of healing, we could already see how precise Dr. Bolling’s work is. • Incisions were clean and placed beautifully. • Swelling and bruising followed the exact timeline he explained. • The stitches were placed delicately, and healing has been smooth. • Her early results look natural, refreshed, and balanced. She do not look “pulled” or overdone—just like a brighter, younger version of herself. Post-Op Follow-Up Dr. Bolling and his team stayed in close contact during recovery. Billing & Office Operations The billing process with Dr. Bolling’s office was excellent. Everything was explained upfront: the surgeon’s fee, anesthesia, facility costs, and any additional expenses. The staff walked her through every detail, responded quickly when she had questions, and handled everything professionally and transparently. I have not had my surgery yet but this was my second consultation. The first plastic surgeon would not even attempt to run anything through insurance even though some of my issues were medical from bariatric surgery. Dr. Bollings office did without hesitation and got my surgery approved saving me so much money.
